Our newest member to the sauce family which was inspired by our visits to Korea Town in New York. Umami, spicy and sweet blend of gochujang paste, soy, and sesame. This is another great all-rounder. Bang this SAWCE on anything you like. If flavour was an orgy, you’d be right in the middle! Get creative.
Heat: A nice and spicy ride with gentle sweetness.
Fact: In 2019 we competed at the National Wing Championships in Buffalo, NY, the home of Buffalo wings. This sauce took 3rd place! Nay bad for two lads from Costa Del Hull!
Goes great with: CHICKEN WINGS, seafood, beef, stir fries, sandwiches, burgers, toasties, eggs, pizza, pasta, pork ribs, chips, sweet potato fries. Great mixed with mayo!
Ingredients: Gochujang paste, chilli, white vinegar, soy, sesame oil, ketchup, golden syrup, water, and garlic.
